I highly recommend protecting your vacation with travel insurance. You never know when it might come in handy — especially when traveling internationally or on a cruise ship.

Imagine needing a medical evacuation by helicopter while traveling. Those costs can be extremely high without coverage.

One great feature is that you can create your own quote online. If you purchase a plan, you typically have 15 days (timeframe may vary by state) from the purchase date to review your policy. During that time, you may cancel for a full refund if the plan doesn’t meet your needs.
